Self Service Account Instructions

Freestyle, Stick & Puck, Pickup Hockey & Open Skating.

1. Click "$ Buy" in the left column, and then select "Packages."
2. Follow the prompts to purchase your desired package.
3. Click "Book sessions" in the left column.
4. Select your desired sessions.
5. Click "Book" to reserve your spot.

Additional Instructions

• If you already have Packages on your account, proceed directly to "Book sessions".
• To Share packages, add family members to your account.  See instructions above.
• To ensure that spaces are available before purchasing a Package, go directly to "Book sessions" to see the number of spots left.
• After you "Buy A Package", make sure that you go back and Book the session, or your spot will not be reserved.

Cool Camp, Skating School, Classes, Camps, Clinics, Leagues, Pineville Falcons & Charlotte Synchro

1. Click "Registrations" in the left Column.
2. Select your desired Program (e.g. Cool Camp Week 5) under "DESCRIPTION".  Note filters at the top of the screen and page numbers at the bottom to help you find your program.
3. Click "SELECT" next to your Program.
4. Select the name of the person participating in the program.  A parent registering a child should select the child's name.
5. Click the radio button to the left of the phrase “I am an individual registering”, and select your fee in the dropdown menu.
6. Follow the prompts to accept terms & conditions and to confirm participant information.Click either Buy to continue to the payment window, or Add to Cart to complete multiple registrations in one transaction.
