Pro shop

Our services include:  sharpen, profile, bake, custom blade work, rivet replacement, stretch, punch and repairs.  Due to service time and demand, on the spot service is not always available.  Drop off skates before you leave the rink, and our Pro Shop staff can typically have them ready before your next game, practice or event.  If the Pro Shop is closed, skates may be left at the main Customer Service Counter for sharpening or other services.

Hockey and figure skates.  Youth and adult sticks.  Protective hockey gear.  Tape, laces, skate guards and other accessories.  Brands include Bauer, CCM, Jackson-Ultima and Warrior.  Check out our Squad Locker store for Pineville Falcons and Charlotte Synchro team and spirit wear.

• Returns and exchanges must be completed within 15 days of purchase
  • PIH receipts must accompany returns/exchanges; Store credit will be given if a PIH receipt cannot be presented
  • All tags must still be factory-attached to the items
  • Items cannot appear to be used or opened (scuffs, scratches, smells, etc.)
  • No returns/exchanges on new skates that have been sharpened, baked, or otherwise used
• All sales final on clearance items
